Not every project fits a closed system. ViBio is our custom development line: artificial vision algorithms designed specifically for your species, your protocol and your workflow.
• Who it is for
Spermalyze and Anavia cover the most common use cases in semen analysis. But some projects need something different: a new species, a very specific protocol, integration with proprietary systems, or a cell application that goes beyond semen. That is what ViBio is for.
You work with a species for which no validated CASA system exists. We train the algorithms from scratch using your samples and your protocol.
Your microscopic analysis is not seminal — bacteria, somatic cells, tissue or other elements. If it can be seen under a microscope, we can analyse it.
You need the software to connect with your database, your management system or your laboratory platform. We develop it to your specification.
• The process
We do not start developing until we fully understand the problem. Every ViBio project begins with a conversation.
From CASA systems for non-conventional species to automated analysis of bacterial inocula, including cell classification algorithms for university research groups and animal production centres.
